Transforming an old 4-bedroom home into a spacious 3-bedroom haven, this design prioritizes open spaces. The dining and kitchen seamlessly merge, free from walls. A double-height space near the puja room, enhanced by a skylight, extends to the roof. The layout includes an additional family area, lounge/bar section, and a resilient semi-covered deck. A warm neutral palette with rough wood panels on the upper level adds tactile warmth. Decorative window edges and sheer curtains create an inviting atmosphere.

A conventional-sized 2-bedroom apartment seamlessly integrates the living and dining areas to create an illusion of spaciousness. The decision to keep kitchen walls intact, as per residents' preference, ensures separation of kitchen noise and aromas from the living areas. The interiors boast a neutral light colour scheme and a simple material palette, accentuated by vibrant wood finish, enhancing the overall ambiance.

A penthouse tailored for a family of three embraces clear, wall-free public spaces that evoke a sense of openness. The predominant use of white on the floors and kitchen counters, complemented by subtle applications of neutral tones in other areas, enhances the already naturally well-lit space. Carefully chosen applications of deep wood finishes in specific areas introduce essential warmth to this sun-drenched home.
